The user will be liable for any damages that San Gines Portugal SGPS, Lda. may suffer as a result of the breach of any of the obligations to which it is subject by these General Conditions.

San Gines Portugal SGPS, Lda. reserves the right to deny, without prior notice, access to any user who does not comply with current legislation and these General Conditions of this website.

San Gines Portugal SGPS, Lda. reserves the right to exercise any actions available under law to enforce liability arising from a user's breach of any of the provisions of these General Conditions of use of the website.

San Gines Portugal SGPS, Lda declares that it has adopted the measures within its reach aimed at avoiding the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the data that the User provides, in accordance with the applicable level of security, in its facilities, systems and files, in accordance with the provisions of Title VIII of the Regulations for the development of the LOPD (approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21).
